HTAC technology

HTAC refers to regenerative High Temperature Air Combustion technology(HTAC for short).The core component of HTAC is HTAC heat storage ceramic, which is installed in the heat storage type high temperature air combustion technical device. Generally, honeycomb ceramic regenerator for metallurgical machinery or heat storage ceramic ball is used as the main heat storage material. Widely used in black nonferrous metallurgy, machinery and other industries soaking furnace, heating furnace, forging furnace, heat treatment furnace, aluminum furnace, ladle baking furnace, petrochemical tubular heating furnace and cracking furnace, building materials industry glass kiln and a variety of ceramic firing kiln, air separation with heat storage and other industrial furnace and industrial boiler.


HTAC technology: Through high efficiency heat storage ceramics wil preheat the combustion air from room temperature to high temperature above 800℃, and greatly reduce (nitrogen oxide) emissions, so that the exhaust temperature control above the dew point, 180℃ below the range, the maximum recovery of flue gas waste heat, the combustion temperature in the furnace more uniform. At present, HTAC technology can not only preheat air temperature to more than 800℃, but also has been developed to preheat air and gas fuel to more than 800℃ at the same time. HTAC has become a popular new combustion technology at home and abroad. The biggest characteristic of regenerative combustion is to save fuel to achieve energy saving effect, compared with the traditional combustion process, can save 20~50% fuel; At the same time, it can inhibit and reduce Nox emissions and reduce combustion noise to achieve environmental protection, known as one of the key technologies of high temperature combustion in the 21st century.
