Honeycomb Ceramic Regenerators and Baffle Bricks for Metetallurgical Industrial Furnaces

The HTAC high temperature air combustion technology is mainly used in steel,non-ferrous metals, machinery and other industries of heating furnace, aluminum smelting furnace, heat treatment furnace and other industrial furnace, the honeycomb ceramics heat accumulator for heat exchange, with saving gas consumption of 20~50%, greatly reduce NOx emissions and combustion noise, to achieve the double effect of energy savingand environmental protection.

Commonly used honeycomb ceramics heat accumulator specifications are 150x 100x 100,100x 100x 100, the hole shape is generally six square holes, a small number of square holes, round holes, hole width is generally 3~12 mm. A layer of baffle brick with a length of 150~800 width of 100~400 thickness of 100~120 and aperture of about Φ13 is installed in front of the ceramic, which is used to block the high temperature flame emitted from the furnace to avoid the direct erosion of the flame on the ceramic. 

Thermal storage materials are generally mullite, mullite-cordierite synthesis, (zirconium) corundum mullite, corundum, silicon carbide and so on. Our ceramics in accordance with the national industry standards under the premise of the material, particle grading, density, technology and other aspectsof the optimization and upgrade, the thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of ceramics greatly improved, the service life exceeds the level of peers.
